This form is for New Members only~Once you are approved for 1st year Membership in GR Leah, please provide the following link to your Pastor to fill out. You can right click on the link, copy it and send it to your Pastor. If you prefer a paper copy, please let an Administrator know.

This Form is for our current Members to fill out when you are recommending a new Family for Membership consideration. Only fill this out IF the Administration Team has notified the group of an opening. Please pray before recommending a Family. Consider our philosophy where everyone gives of their time and talents to support each other. Speak with the Family first and fill out all their information. Please do not recommend a Family who is in another homeschool group/co-op.
